Hi, I’m Kim and welcome…

Many people need guides and teachers along their growth path. I might be yours!

I consider myself a “somatic sorceress,” someone deeply invested in the mind-body-spirit connection at the crossroads of life. I am on a mission to help people cultivate that connection when they need it the most: in the wilds of their lives in order to thrive. My work aims to make somatic resourcing and healing a part of people’s daily lives to support their goals and growth.

As a somatic psychotherapist, yoga teacher, conscious dancer, and embodiment educator, I endeavor to help my students and clients practice their unique vitality. My approach integrates trauma-informed psychology, embodiment practices, energy work and nature-based spiritually.
